Vision
Yoshitha envisions to etch an indelible mark in the real estate market and be known as the Housing and Infrastructure development company with high ethical values, professional conduct and delivering value par excellence.
We set off on a journey. And found our way back home.
Equipped with a Masters degree in Business Administration from London, UK and having worked in several industries, our founder - Chairman and Managing Director of Yoshitha Infra Pvt. Ltd., followed his passion in real estate. He found his way back home to implement his learnings and experiences in making meaningful difference in the lives of many around him.
In a very short span of time, Yoshitha emerged as the fastest developing real estate company in both - Hyderabad Highway (Telangana) and Vijayawada Highway (Andhra Pradesh), as observed by industry pundits.
We, at Yoshitha, take great pride in contributing to the development of Hyderabad and Andhara Pradesh. We have a team of brilliant minds working on turning our HMDA, DTCP AND CRDA projects into successful completion.
As we march towards modernity and global architectural practices, we always try to infuse our projects with a certain historical grandeur which cannot be captured in words. We keep classical touch to our projects which makes them stand tall and unique in the industry.
Even though as a company we are still young, we possess a rich and diversified presence across several core sectors in the real estate arena. As new windows of opportunities open up, we find ourselves well equipped to make a mark in the annals of Indian Real Estate in the coming years.
Yoshitha envisions to etch an indelible mark in the real estate market and be known as the Housing and Infrastructure development company with high ethical values, professional conduct and delivering value par excellence.
Faster execution and delivery of projects while being mindful of their aesthetics in high-end, mid-end and affordable segments across HMDA (Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority), APCRDA (Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority) and DTCP (Directorate of Town and Country Planning).
